In Pigeons of Paradise, Ángela, a jazz singing pigeon, yearns to be the top act at the Coopa Cabana but loses the headliner spot to a flashy new act. Looking for a way back on top, Ángela and friends jailbreak Larry, a dancing bird of paradise, from the Bronx Zoo simultaneously freeing the surly king vulture, Colonel Reyes. Ángela, Larry, and the Super Coo Band embark on an epic journey from the Bronx to Puerto Rico with the Colonel and his Mob in hot pursuit.
